Clouds, some sunshine & some rain showers for Saturday
After rain showers to end the week, we will keep some cloud cover into the forecast early on Saturday morning before we do see some sunshine as we work throughout Saturday late morning and Saturday afternoon.
Despite seeing some sunshine today, thanks to some moisture and the low levels of the atmosphere, we are going to hold onto a few rain showers as we go through the evening and into the overnight hours tonight, especially the further south you go for metro Detroit. High temperatures heading into the middle of 70s today, then dropping back into the 50s overnight tonight.
With a cold front moving through the region overnight, that’ll keep the showers and cloud cover in to start the day on Sunday, but we will break up that cloud cover and see some sunshine by the time we get to Sunday afternoon.
High-pressure build into the region to start the week on Monday, that means a mixture of sunshine and clouds can be expected for everybody, high temperatures heading for the 70s by Monday afternoon.
Chances for showers and thunderstorms are back into the forecast as we had from Tuesday, especially in the afternoon and the evening hours hanging on into the overnight as well. That means we will hold onto the chance of an isolated shower on Wednesday, but most everybody will stay dry.
